Beau L. George

Beau L. George, 33, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2023. He was born on July 8, 1989.

Beau had a zest for life, was always happy and joking. He showed resilience even in the toughest of times.

Beau gave us the gift of perspective, reminding us that most of our problems weren’t really problems and to be grateful for what we have. He taught us all about kindness, patience, and dedication. He also taught us unconditional love-how to love without words, without limits, without reason.

He touched the lives of so many people: family, friends, strangers, doctors, or anyone else to cross his path. He was a true inspiration and his mom’s biggest hero. Kim is so honored that God chose her to be his mother and that she got to care for him and be his advocate all these years.

Beau is survived by his mother, Kim (James) Gaffney; father, Bob George; sister, Desirea Gaffney; grandmothers, Pat Ison and Sherry Root; grandfather, Rod (Renee) Ison; aunts, Angel (Ron) Fisher and Brenda Van Dyke; cousins, Natasha and Brandon Fisher; and niece, Lydia.
