Beth Ann Richardson

Beth Ann Richardson, 61, of Lancaster, passed away on May 16, 2026 at Fairfield Medical Center. She was born to the late Richard and Donna Curtis on January 22, 1965 in Kettering, Ohio. 

Beth was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother whose family meant everything to her. She loved her children and grandchildren deeply, and they were truly the light of her life. She treasured every moment spent with them and created countless memories filled with love and laughter. She especially loved watching her grandchildren participate in sports and activities and never missed an event, game, or special moment. She was also a devoted fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and enjoyed cheering them on each season.Beth shared a lifelong love story with her husband, James. The two began dating in the ninth grade while attending different schools and continued dating throughout high school in Xenia. Together, they built a beautiful life and were celebrating 40 years of marriage.She also enjoyed spending time at the beach, which was her favorite place to be with those she loved most. Whether relaxing by the water or making memories with family, the beach brought her great happiness and peace.

She is survived by her husband, James Richardson; sons, Corey (Laura) Richardson and Cody (Tara) Richardson; and grandchildren, Roman, Rhett, and Amelia “Mia.”

She was preceded in death by her parents; Donna Marie and Charles Richard, and her mother-and-father-in-law, Amelia Lee and Robert Wayne.

A memorial service will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 3 PM in the FRANK E SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N Columbus St., Lancaster, OH 43130. Family and friends may visit from 1 PM until the time of the service on Saturday. 

A reception at the Knights of Columbus will immediately follow the memorial service.
