Bobby Lee Roberts

Bobby Lee Roberts 95 of Sugar Grove, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at Altercare of Thornville.

He was a graduate of Rushcreek Memorial High School and a World War II US Army veteran.  He attended Capital University. Bobby was a factory foreman for Lancaster Glass Corporation where he retired.

Bobby was a member of the Sugar Grove United Methodist, proud Bremen Oiler, and he enjoyed reading and watching football.

Bobby is survived by his wife of 71 years, Peggy; daughter, Molly (Al) Beatty of Indiana; son, Lonnie (Karen) Roberts of Sugar Grove, Ohio; eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, Matthew Roberts, parents, Albert and Florence Roberts, brother Paul Roberts and sister May Kae Murphy.

A private graveside service will be held in Stukey Cemetery with Rev. Tony Hudson officiating.
