Carol L. Ortman Congrove, 89, of Baltimore, passed away on February 18, 2025. She was born to the late Reid and Edith Ortman on April 11, 1935.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Vickie Congrove; son, Mark Congrove; grandsons, Grant (Sarah) Martin and Heath (Bethany) Martin; and great grandson, Jacob Martin.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard C. Congrove; daughter, Susan E. Hunter; and parents.
