Carolyn M. Ellerman

Carolyn M. Ellerman, age 73 of Lancaster, died February 7th, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her family.  She was born on May 3rd, 1949, to the late Paul F. and Marguerite Beck Hedges in Fairfield County.  She worked for Anchor Hocking, then Premix for 17 years, then Venture, and finally back to Anchor Hocking.  She greatly enjoyed  tending to her flowers and was quite the gardener.  Her quilting skills were amazing and she loved following all of her grandchildren in their various activities.  She loved spending time with her family and friends and her amazing personality and love for life will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her son, Daniel (Megan) Ellerman Jr.; daughter, Brenda Ellerman Willis and husband Sean; grandchildren, Kathleen (John Buehler Jr.) Betts, Ashley (Ryan) McCullough, Levi (Kendal) Ellerman, Kristina (Brittany) Courtney; Dylyn (Christina) Ellerman, and Summer Hartley; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Paul Hedges; sister-in-law, Diana Reeser; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by loving husband of 55 years, Daniel W. Ellerman Sr.;  her parents, Paul and Marguerite Hedges; and one great grandchild.
