Charles "Joe" Holt

Charles Joseph “Joe” Holt age 85 was born to the late John Michael (Mike) Holt and Minerva Holt (Baldwin) on March 16, 1937 in Fort Gay, West Virginia.

Joe married the love of his life, Donna V. Watts on March 22, 1958.  Joe & Donna were members of the Lighthouse Memorial Church in Millersport, OH.

They have Daughters Cheryl (Ed) Premo, Sharon (Matt) Taylor, Karen (Bob) Denny, and Kathy (Wayne) Malicoate.
They also have eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Joe is preceded in death by his parents and six siblings.

Joe worked at Western Electric, AT&T and Lucent Technologies for 39 years.
He had a very generous heart.  It wasn’t a surprise that he would help anyone in need, especially families at a restaurant.

Family and friends are welcome to calling hours from 10AM until 12 NOON on Tuesday December 6th, 2022 at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, 405 N. Columbus St. Lancaster, OH 43130.  A graveside service will follow at Betzer Cemetery in Carroll at 12:45. Memorials can be made in Joe’s name to Fairhope Hospice 282 Sells Rd.
