Chris A. Strawn

Chris A. Strawn, 53, of Lancaster, passed away on August 11, 2022. He was born in Lancaster on December 25, 1968.

Chris never met a stranger and always had a friend. He was part owner of Root's Restaurant for 28 years alongside Janet and Jeff Graf. He served 6 years in the Air Force Nation Guard.

Chris is survived by his wife, Lea Strawn; son, Tyler Hines; parents Janet (Jeff) Graff, and Leo (Kay) Strawn; brothers, Leo Strawn Jr., and  TJ  Strawn; sister, Teresa Strawn; mother-and-father-in-law, Honor and Donna Friesner; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Caring Cremation has taken place by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
