Christopher M. Castle

Christopher M. Castle 49 of Thornville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly in Elsmere, Kentucky.  He was born in Columbus, Ohio on April 21, 1973 to the late Donna Castle.

He was a truck driver for TMC Transport and was a big OSU fan.  Chris was a good mechanic, tickering and fixing things.  He did not know a stranger and loved his grandchildren. He would do anything to support his family.

Chris is survived by his wife of 22 years, Katie; children C. J. Castle, Danny Castle and Tiana Castle all of Newark and Celeste (Larry Enmen) Anderson of Thornville; grandchildren Rowen, Rilee, Elliot, and also three other grandchildren; sister Dawn Thornhill of Newark; step-mother Paula Anderson, mother-in-law Paula Hostetler both of Thornville and nieces Montana Castle and Tatum McKee.

He was preceded in death by his mother, grandparents and father-in-law Mark Anderson.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 207 S. MAIN ST., BALTIMORE, OHIO 43105 with Chaplain Kermit Welty officiating.  Caring Cremation® to follow.  Friends may visit 2-5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
