Christy Elaine (Cottrill) Miller

Christy Elaine (Cottrill) Miller, of Lodi and formerly of Logan passed away on August 4, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Nelsonville to the late Helen and Virgil Nichols on July 8, 1958.

Christy is survived by her children, Wendi Reed and Jeromy Cottrill; grandchildren, Laurissa (Gage) Shahan, Jamie (Nick) Spencer, Kylee Cottrill, Serenity Cottrill, and Dylan Godwith; great grandchildren, Haylee Shahan, Keyan Shahan, and Jaxon Agosta; siblings,  Judy (Merle) Conley, Darrel (Barb) Thomas Cook of Cave City, KY, Bonnie Weaver of Lancaster, William Daniel Nichols of Lodi, and Donna (Robert) Davis of McArthur; numerous nieces and nephews; and many extended family members.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Cottrill; sister, Carolyn Carsey; brother-in-law, James Weaver; and her parents.

A funeral service officiated by Chaplain Kermit Welty will take place at 1 PM on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. Columbus St., Lancaster, OH, 43130. Burial will take place in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Family and friends may visit from 11 AM until the time of services on Wednesday.
