Daniel W. Ellerman

Daniel W. Ellerman, age 78 of Lancaster, died September 16, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his family.  He was born on Nov. 15th, 1943 to the late William and Leona Joseph Ellerman in Zanesville, OH.  He was an amazing Mason who could do anything with concrete and stone. His finishing work was second to none, completing projects for the owners of the Limited, Anheuser-Busch and was always known for his abilities that required amazing skill and detail.  He was an avid OSU fan, who loved following all of their sports.  He enjoyed watcing little league baseball and boxing also.  He loved spending time wth his family and friends and his amazing personalty and love for life will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Carolyn Ellerman; son, Daniel (Megan) Ellerman Jr.; daughter, Brenda Ellerman Willis and husband Sean; grandchildren, Kathleen (John Buehler Jr.) Betts, Ashley (Ryan) McCullough, Levi (Kendal) Ellerman, Kristina (Brittany) Courtney; Dylyn (Christina) Ellerman, and Summer Hartley; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Diana Reeser; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Lynn Kennison; brother, William Ellerman Jr.; and one great grandchild.
