Darlene S. Lantz, 69, died Friday, August 15, 2025 at her residence in Logan, OH.

Darlene is survived by her children Cindy (Chuck) Lantz, William David (Glenna) Lantz, Jr., and Mindy Herrera; grandchildren Shay Lantz and William David Lantz III; great grandchild Wiley Lantz, IIII; sister Carolyn Graham; life partner James “JR” Booze; as well as friend and father of her children William David Lantz, Sr.

She is preceded in death by her mother Ethel (Vickroy) Hoy; sisters Marilyn Williams and Viola Bradford; and aunts and uncles.

Calling hours will be held from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Thursday, August 21, 2025 in the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, 405 N. Columbus St. Lancaster, OH 43130. A funeral service officiated by Chaplin Mark Linn will take place at 11:00 AM Friday, August 22, 2025 in the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
