David James Shonk, of Lancaster, was born and passed away on Friday, October 4, 2013, at Fairfield Medical Center.
David is survived by his parents, Tara Nester and Scott Shonk; siblings, Kaylee Shonk and Kyler Shonk; grandparents, Jim and Candace Shonk, Mary Shonk, and Greg and Shirley Azbell; and family.
A memorial service for David will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, Lancaster. Caring Cremation has taken place.
