Debbie L. (Swisher) Anderson

Debbie L. Anderson, age 67 of Lancaster, died Sept. 22, 2021 at the Pickering House.  She was born in Chincoteague, VA on May 5th, 1954.  She worked as a waitress at Kenny’s Cafeteria and Tee Jays.  Debbie always lived life to the fullest and enjoyed celebrations with her friends and family.  Her strong personality and love for life will be remembered by all.
She is survived by her son, Shawn (Jessica) Frank; daughter, Nicole (Greg) Kelly; grandchildren, Kyle Frank, Courtney Brown, and Nichalous Brown; 5 great grandchildren; parents, Shirley Westwood and Hugh (Nancy) Swisher; siblings, Kim (John) Williams and Kristi Swisher; 2 nieces and a nephew; and great friend and ex husband, Larry Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her children, Phillip and Tonya Frank; stepfather, Richard Westwood; and grandmother, Viola Jones.
