Debra "Deb" M. Fisher

Debra “Deb” M. Fisher, age 69 on Saturday, Sept. 21, the Lord took Debbie home after years of dealing with health issues. She graduated from Bloom Carroll High School in 1974, and graduated from Morehead State University in 1979 with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. Other plans were in store. She worked at Paradies Gift Shop at John Glenn International Airport a few years (actor Sean Connery was a customer!) and then went to MacArthur, OH, and worked there. She finished working as a department manager at Meijer, Inc. She enjoyed vacationing with Beckie and Bobby when she could. Debbie was a people person, enjoyed meeting people, and many called her a "real trooper."

She is survived by brother Alan (Nancy) and sister Beckie, nieces Lori (Ken) Edmonds, Lindsey (Kyle) Robinson, and great nieces Annabelle, Maggie, Sarah and Betsy and the “littles” Aaron, Jeffrey and Mary Ann, and cousin Randy Matheny. Her parents, Ralph and Leolia Fisher, brothers Mike and Bobby, and all older relatives have passed on.

Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Chaplain Mark Linn officiating. Caring Cremation ® has taken place. Friends may visit 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
