Debra Leedom-Layne, 70, formerly of Pleasantville, Stockport and recently of Lancaster, died at 9:30 pm, November 12, 2022, at Fairhope Pickering House.
She was born October 18, 1952, to Maxine & Howard Leedom. She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Layne in 2000.
Debra is survived by her beloved sister Denise Snider, 4 daughters, Denise Layne, Keyshia (Tony) Watts, Michelle (Rick) Pfeifer, Rebecca Oettinger & 3 sons, Scott Layne, Sean Drum & Trevor Layne. There are 25 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.
Debra received two degrees from Ohio University. She was an avid lover of all animals and gardening. Debra was a beautiful soul who gave her love and time to her friends & family. She had a smile and laugh which would light up the room.
Funeral services will be held at Frank E Smith Funeral Home in Lancaster, Ohio. Visitation will begin at 3 pm, with a memorial service led by Pastor Mike Willis beginning at 4 pm, Friday, November 18, 2022.
