Dennis "Denny" H. Stickel

Dennis “Denny” H. Stickel, age 71, a longtime resident of Hide-A-Way Hills, died August 18, 2021 at his residence.  He was born to the late William and Joanne Hohl Stickel in Columbus, OH on March 17, 1950. He graduated from Whitehall in 1968, where he was in a band called ‘Lapse of Time”.   He loved music of all kinds, especially if it was loud.   He attended the original Woodstock and everyone knew Denny was a Hippy at heart.  He worked for Loeb Electric for 33 years and was a past board member of Hide-A-Way Hills.  He enjoyed playing darts, stamp collecting, antiques, and a good Scotch.  He loved spending time with his family and friends and his personality and amazing love for life will be greatly missed by all.

Denny is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn Stickel; children, Jason Stickel, Spencer (Ingrid) Stickel, Billy (McKenna) Stickel, Priclla Stickel, and Garrett (Courtney) Stickel; step child, Steve Evans; 11 grandchildren; brother, Craig (Dawn) Stickel; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
