Diana Jo (Zimmerman) Guisinger 79, of Lancaster, Ohio, died Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2023. The daughter of the late George and Isabelle Zimmerman and loving wife of Thomas Guisinger, passed away peacefully at home.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Thomas Guisinger, sister, Rita Zimmerman, her three children Mike (Toni) Guisinger, Joe (Kelly) Guisinger and Pam (Tom) Creech, nine grandchildren (Lauren (Andy) George, Aaron (Jennifer) Guisinger, Tim (Nicole) Creech, Adam (Allison) Creech, Jason Creech, Megan Guisinger, Anthony Guisinger, Charles Guisinger, and Lucas Guisinger) and four great-grandchildren, (Leah Maples Broyles, Maci Baker, Jude Creech and Eleanor Creech). She was preceded in death by her sister, Barb Coulter, son, Kevin Guisinger, and grandson Jacob Guisinger.
Diana was a graduate of Millersport High School, Class of 1962. She was a homemaker in every sense of the word and took great joy in providing for her family and making her home a welcome place for all. Her favorite hobbies were singing, sewing, crafts and cooking. She maintained her faith in God until the end and provided all who knew her an example of Christian love and kindness.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She and Tom have chosen to do a Celebration of Life at their Church, The River Valley Life Center, at 2190 Coonpath Rd. NW, Lancaster, OH 43130, on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
Arrangements are being handled by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, LANCASTER, OHIO.
