Donna Jean Amspaugh

Donna Jean Amspaugh 78 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on May 18, 2026 at the Pickering House. She was born on April 26, 1947 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Dewey and Ruth Amspuagh.

Donna was a nurse’s aide for many years at various healthcare locations. What she found most rewarding was working with adults with special needs.

She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Baltimore VFW Post 3761 Auxiliary, Moose Lodge #955 and the Lancaster Amvets Post.

Donna is survived by her sons James Allan Stoneburner of Lancaster and Scott David (Trisha) Stoneburner of North Carolina; grandchildren Nathan Delong, Andy (Shelia) Stoneburner, Zach Stoneburner, Jessica (Tyler) Call and Nicholas Stoneburner; great grandchildren Evelynn Call, Emilia Call and Gwen Stoneburner; sister, Mary Jo (Bob) Jourdan of Lancaster; several nieces, nephews and her dog Rusty.

She was preceded in death by her son John Eugene Stoneburner, parents and sisters Pamela Amspaugh and Sharon Miller.

Caring Cremation® is being handled by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, LANCASTER, OHIO.

A private inurnment will be held at a later date in Greenfield Twp. Cemetery.
