Eileen Jadwin, 101 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022 at the Bickford of Lancaster.
She was a member of Sixth Avenue United Methodist Church and volunteered in other parts of the church including Heart Warmers.
Eileen was loved and cherished by her family. The care and attention she gave each of us lives in our hearts and will continue to be passed down through the generations.
Eileen is survived by her son, Doug (Diane) Jadwin of Grove City, Ohio; daughter, Janice (Don) Bloom of Lancaster, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Shirley Jadwin of Lancaster, Ohio; grandchildren, Jay (Laurie) Jadwin, Joyce Jadwin and her husband Ralph McCormick, Jeff (Cerina) Bloom, Christian Jadwin, David (Ali) Jadwin; great grandchildren, Ross Hockman, Abby (Dan) Reat, Sarah (Steve) Chrobak, Emily (Austin) Blaney, Matthew Bloom, Elise Bloom, Colton Jadwin and Evelyn Jadwin and great great grandchildren, Zachary Hockman and Nate Hockman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin F. Jadwin, son, James E. Jadwin, granddaughter, Jill Jadwin Hockman and her parents, Harrison and Bertha Householder.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at the Sixth Avenue United Methodist Church with Rev. Rick Birk and Chaplain Daniel Fullen officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Rose Cemetery. Friends may visit Monday from 4-7 p.m. at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130.
