Frances E. Piper

Frances E. Piper, 78, died Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at Altercare Lanfair in Lancaster, Ohio.

Frances was born February 13, 1948 in Bremen, Ohio to the late Robert and Imogene (Hamilton) Miller. She will be remembered for the simple joys and places that brought her happiness throughout her life. Frances had a love for beaches and lighthouses. She enjoyed time spent with her family in Frankenmuth, Michigan, and Tawas, Michigan.

Frances is survived by her sons Gary (Tonya) Piper, Jr. and Codey (Jennifer) Piper; daughters Monique Perry and Tina (Brett) Kennedy; grandchildren Corey Piper, Cortney (Taylor) Lisle, Colten Perry, Kyle Piper, Maddy (Damion) Pickett, Makayla Kennedy, Dominic Piper, and Xander Piper; great grandchildren Paisley, Brantley, and Hudson; and brother Robert “Skip” Miller.

She is preceded in death by her husband Gary Piper, Sr.; parents; and brothers Harold “Jim” Miller and Thomas “Tom” Miller.
