Geraldine “Geri” (Flowers) Gribble 86 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at her residence. She was born on August 27, 1938 in Rockbridge, Ohio to the late John and Sybil Flowers.

Geri was a retired supervisor in word processing department for Anchor Hocking Glass Corp. and later retired again from Griffin Wheel in Groveport, Ohio as a secretary.

She was a member of The First United Methodist Church in Lancster, making home cooked meals and an avid Amazon fan. Her greatest treasure was that of taking care of her family.

Geri is survived by her son, Stephen (Jodi) Bowen of Lancaster; sisters, Phyllis Jean Flowers of Lancaster and Barbara (Jeffrey) Robinson of Lithopolis; brother, Paul Flowers of Rockbridge; several nieces and nephews, Brett Flowers, Jon Flowers, Paula Grunkemeyer and Danielle Vanbibber and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, G. David Gribble and her parents.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster with Pastor Dan Crawford officiating.

Arrangements are being handled by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, LANCASTER, OHIO.
