Gwendolyn (Jeffrey) Walker

Gwendolyn (Jeffrey) Walker 66 of Baltimore, Ohio lost her battle with cancer on Monday, November 28, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was a 1968 graduate of Bloom-Carroll High School and retired as a lead accounting tech/deputy dispensing officer for D.F.A.S. in Columbus, Ohio with 22 years of service.

She was a longtime Pataskala Church of the Nazarene member, loved to travel and a loving mother and grandmother.

Gwendolyn is survived by her husband of 47 years, Douglas; sons, D. J. Walker, Craig Walker both of Baltimore, Ohio and Travis (Melissa) Walker of Oregon; grandchildren, Devin (Kimber Howard), Jacob, Kaylee, Danielle, and Breeze; great grandchildren, Leeann and Alexander; sisters, Anita (Jerry) Donaldson and Penny (Dan) Duffy; brothers, Jon (Becky) Jeffrey and Doug (Michelle) Jeffrey; Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Linda (Rich) Michols and Charlie (Cindy) Walker; uncle, Dale Walker and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Esther Jeffrey, sister, Pamela Calhoon, niece, Kelly Jeffrey, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Don and Betty Walker and aunt, Barbara Walker.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Pataskala Church of the Nazarene, with Pastor Gary Reiss officiating. Burial will follow in Betzer Cemetery, Carroll, Ohio. Friends may visit Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 207 S. MAIN ST. BALTIMORE, OHIO 43105 and 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
