Hobert was born on April 5, 1938, in Harlan, Kentucky to the late Nick and Hannah (Jackson) North.
Caring Cremation through the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home. Burial will occur at a later date in Romans Cemetery of Breeden, West Virginia.
