Jack L. Carter, 83, of Lancaster, passed away on August 6, 2025 at his residence. He was born to the late Arthur and Velma Carter on June 22, 1942 in Columbus, OH.
Jack is survived by his son, Rob (Gwenna) Carter; and grandchildren, Sam, Makenna, Reagan, and Riley Carter.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Roberta; son, David Carter; and parents.
