James Flowers

Biography

James A. Flowers, 71, of Lancaster, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2012, at Riverside Methodist Hospital.

James was a member of Pine Lake Estates. He also spent many years working as a carpenter.

James is survived by his sons, Anthony E. Flowers and Doug M. (Athena) Flowers; grandchildren, Tia Flowers, Cody Cook, and Josh Evans; great-grandchildren, Carter Evans and Jaydon Evans; and brothers and sisters, Carolyn Smith, Ronald Flowers, Lee Flowers, Kay Amerine, and Enita Jo Allen.

James was preceded in death by his son, Christopher James Flowers; twin sister, Janet Howell; and parents, Carlos and Florence Flowers.

Funeral service will be held at 7:30 PM Sunday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster with Pastor Rick Jones officiating. Family and friends may visit Sunday from 2-4 and 6-7:30 PM at the funeral home. Caring Cremation will follow.
