Jeremy A. Moore, 35, of Lancaster, went to be with God and his mother and step-father on Wednesday, March 5, 2014.
Jeremy was a wonderful father, husband, and son who will be sadly missed.
Jeremy is survived by his wife, Jodi L. Moore; children, JazLynn Kay Moore, Chance Allan Moore, and Bryce Allan Moore; father, Thomas L. Moore; grandparents, Gordon and Fran Hammond; step-brothers; step-sisters; and several cousins.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Karen and Jim Divelbliss; and grandparents, James H. and Helen E. Moore and Ed Smith.
Funeral service for Jeremy will be held Monday, March 10 at 10:00 am in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster with Pastor Ed True officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster. Family and friends may visit from 2-4 and 6-8 pm Saturday and 2-4 and 6-8 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
