JoAnn Frances (Sisco) Westenbarger

JoAnn (Sisco) Westenbarger, age 84 of Lancaster, died July 12, 2022 at her residence. She was born to the late Harry and Ada Mae (Blank) Sisco on 09/22/1937.  She worked at Anchor Hocking and ran the Ringside Bar. JoAnn was a great cook who enjoyed her puzzle books. Her personality and love for life will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her sisters, Judy Westenbarger and Mary E. Kramer; grandchildren, Skyler (April) Westenbarger and Christian Evans, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard I. Westenbarger; sons, Gregory R. and Anthony Joe Westenbarger; siblings, Arthur L., Merle E., Charles F., and Robert Allen Sisco.

A funeral service will take place on Friday June 15th, at 10:30AM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home officiated by Pastor William Weaver.  Burial will follow at Pinegrove Cemetery in Lancaster.  Family and friends may call from 4PM to 7PM on Thursday at the funeral home.  Online condolences can be made at www.funeralhome.com
