John Milbaugh, 60, of Lancaster, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2018, at Fairfield Medical Center.
John is survived by his daughter, Carolyn Milbaugh (fiance, Webb Adelsperger); son, Jacob Milbaugh; granddaughter, Destiny Lee; brothers, Mike (Tina) Milbaugh and Dave Milbaugh; special friends, Darryl Nester and Lisa Milbaugh; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
John was preceded in death by his daughter, Tori Lee; parents, Robert and Carolyn Milbaugh; and siblings, Charles, Kenneth, Matthew, and Teresa.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster with Father James Walter officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Lancaster. Family and friends may visit from 4 to 6 PM Sunday at the funeral home and 1 hour prior to the service on Monday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of John to FairHoPe Hospice or the Fairfield Medical Center Foundation.
