John W. Wallace, Sr.

John W. Wallace, Sr. 75 of Lancaster, Ohio died Friday, January 18, 2019 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.

He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the US Army and later with the Ohio National Guard. He was a former employee of Anchor Hocking Glass Corp. as a glass decorator.

John is survived by his daughter, Kelly J. Wallace of Lancaster, Ohio; son, Jack E. Wallace of Lancaster, Ohio; grandchildren, Ean Wallace and Brandon Wallace; sister, Pam K. Fouty of Logan, Ohio and Michael (Susan) Thimmes of Ohio; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, John John Wallace, Jr., mother, Beverly Thimmes in 2018 and step-father, Lawrence Thimmes, Jr., 2 brothers, Elwen G. Thimmes and Anthony Thimmes .
