Karla had a passion for her career as a Nurse and dedicated herself to providing excellent care to her patients. Her colleagues and patients alike respected her for her compassion and dedication to the field of healthcare. Karla's commitment to her profession was admirable and she will be remembered as an exceptional healthcare professional.

Outside of her career, Karla enjoyed spending quality time with her family. One of her cherished family activities was going boating on the Mississippi River. Alongside her late husband Rush Templeton Sr., she also operated a riverboat restaurant on the Missouri River. These experiences created lasting memories that she held dear.

Known for her friendly and talkative nature, Karla loved to tell stories and share anecdotes with those around her. She had a remarkable ability to captivate listeners with her words and leave a positive impact on everyone she interacted with.

In her leisure time, Karla found solace in reading and taking care of her beloved dogs. She also enjoyed scenic drives in the countryside and going boating, which allowed her to embrace the beauty of nature. Additionally, Karla was known for providing unwavering love and care for her late husband Rush Sr., emphasizing the strength of their bond.

Karla took immense pride in both her Nursing career and her talent for playing Wheel of Fortune. Her expertise at solving puzzles on the game show earned admiration from family and friends alike.

Karla leaves behind a legacy that will be cherished by many. She is survived by her sons Rush Jr., Brandon, and Christopher Templeton along with Rush Jr.'s wife Sarah Templeton; her late sister,  Jan Schack; brother-in-law Earl Schack,  and her late parents Carl and Pearl Davis were important figures in her life. She was also a proud grandmother to Rush Templeton III and Ian Templeton. Karla's extended family, as well as her loyal four-legged companion Lexi, will miss her dearly.

Karla K. Templeton impacted the lives of countless people with her warmth, dedication, and nurturing nature. She will forever be remembered for her remarkable contributions to healthcare and her ability to bring joy to those around her. The void left by Karla's sudden passing will be deeply felt, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
