Kathryn Lewis 82 of Franklin, Tennessee, former resident of Washington, Court House, Ohio died Friday, March 18, 2011 at St. Thomas Hospital Live Hospice Unit, Nashville, Tennessee.
She was a retired from the school office of Danville School District in Illinois with 25 years of service. She was a member of St. James United Methodist Church in Danville, Illinois and Order of Eastern of Eastern Star.
She is survived by her daughter, Tamara (Larry) Redding of Franklin, Tennessee; grandson, Blake (Lacey) Walker; great granddaughter, Brooke Walker; brother, John W. Smith of Lancaster, Ohio; many nieces, nephews and caregiver, Dennis Lewis of Danville, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rancie and Emma Smith, 4 sisters, Evelyn Crist, Louise Smith, Mildred Zurface and Alma Beard, 3 brothers, Eugene, Virgil and Lewis Ed Smith.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. at Union Evangelical Cemetery, Baltimore, Ohio with Pastor William C. Lavely officiating. Friends may visit 10:00-12:00 p.m. at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 207 S. MAIN ST., BALTIMORE, OHIO 43105.
