Kathy Harrington 84 of Rushville, Ohio former resident of Millersport passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at Lan-Fair Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on April 10, 1941 in Millersport, Ohio to the late Lloyd and Glenna Parkinson.
She was a machine operator for J.M. Screw and later retired from Fairfield Machine Products, Inc.
Kathy was a former volunteer for the Carroll Old Timers Association, enjoyed watching educational shows on TV and loved her traveling trip to the state of Oregon. Most of all she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, David (Michelle) Harrington of Lancaster and Kelly (Carrie) Harrington of Rushville; grandsons, Drew (Kayleigh) Harrington and Levi (Katie) Harrington; great grandchildren, Harley, Aaden, Carter, and Ellie; brothers, Gary (Kittie) Parkinson of Lancaster, Jeff (Charlene) Parkinson of Thornville, and Kevin (Wolson) Parkinson of Killeen, Texas; sisters, Mildred Singlton of Millersport, Noralee Getz of Lancaster and Laureen (John) Huffer of Crooksville and many nieces and nephews.
Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, David Lee Harrington, granddaughter, Kelli Ann Harrington, parents, brother, Lloyd “Sonny” Parkinson, sisters, Margie Perry and Margie Ankeney and brother-in-law, Jack Singleton.
