LeEllen Lovett Blackstone

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of LeEllen Lovett Blackstone of Baltimore, Ohio, who passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 53.

LeEllen was born on August 9, 1973, in Whitley City, Kentucky, to Renfro and Edith (Marcum) Lovett. A lifelong and devoted University of Kentucky fan, LeEllen’s love for her home state was evident in so many aspects of her life. She attended the REAL Church in Pickerington, Ohio. She will be remembered by family and friends for her Southern cooking, entertaining stories, and her unwavering love for all things Kentucky.

LeEllen graduated from McCreary County High School in 1992 and from Georgetown College in 1997. She met her husband, Brian Keith Blackstone, during college, and together, they shared 28 years of marriage and the joy of raising their three beautiful children.

LeEllen is survived by her parents; her husband; her sister, LaRaiia Lovett Sneed; her children, Leia (Matt) Dalesio, Nicholas Blackstone, and Emily Blackstone; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins who will all cherish her memory.

No public services will be held at this time. Her unexpected passing has left her family and friends with heartache and grief. LeEllen will be remembered with great love and affection by all who knew her, and her presence will be deeply missed. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
