Leslie Dufner

Leslie L. Dufner, 94, of Lancaster, passed away away at his home on Tuesday, February 23, 2016.

Leslie was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church. He retired from Columbia Gas after many
years of service. He was also a big fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Leslie is survived by his wife of 70 years, Jean Dufner; daughter, Debra (Ed) Boswell;
grandchildren, Heather Schneider, Nick Fernow, and Noah Boswell; two great grandchildren;
and nieces and nephews, Sandi (Roy) Waits, Robert (Anna) Mees, Mike (Sandy) Dufner, Paul
Dufner, and Joyce Dufner-Tipton.

Leslie was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Leota Dufner; sister, Mildred Mees; and
brother, Harold Dufner.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM Friday at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 231 E. Mulberry
St, Lancaster, Ohio 43130 with Reverend Mark Raddatz officiating. Burial will follow in Stukey
Cemetery, Sugar Grove. Friends may visit from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday at the FRANK E.
SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster.
