Linda L. Mansberger Enmen, age 83, born on December 24, 1941, in Lancaster, Ohio, passed peacefully on May 6, 2025, at the Pickering House, surrounded by her loved ones. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering determination that will forever resonate within the hearts of all who knew her.
Linda dedicated her career to various pursuits; she retired from Anchor Hocking, where her contributions were valued and appreciated. However, her talents extended beyond her profession as she also flourished as a florist and accountant. Her creativity blossomed in her hobbies—she was not just a gifted florist, but an accomplished ceramics artist and painter, who could design anything that her heart desired. Linda's culinary skills were equally impressive, with a love for cooking that brought joy and comfort to those who sat at her table.
An ardent believer in the importance of family, Linda was immensely loved by her daughters, Shannon (Rene) Van Dijk and Laurel (Charles) Potts, and her son, Jonathan (Ruth) Enmen. Her pride and joy shone through her cherished grandchildren: Connor (Erika) Enmen, Sara Van Dijk, Kees Van Dijk, Nina Budeiri, David and Jeffery Potts, Chelsea Enmen, Heidi (Mike) Mansberger-Spears, Chad Mansberger, Ashley (Brian) Greene, Seth Skeens, and Mary Gibson. The laughter and love shared among them filled her life with happiness. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Ellie and Jordyn Enmen and Carter Potts, who brought her immense delight.
Linda's spirit of generosity was palpable; she was known for her reliability and willingness to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Her family describes her as tough yet compassionate, always thinking of others before herself. She was a fighter, approaching life's challenges with courage. Her loving sister, Kay Mansberger Dicken, along with multiple nieces and nephews, remember her not just for her strength, but for the warmth and love she freely gave.
The deep bond she shared with her family was the highlight of her life, and her proudest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren, whom she adored and cherished wholeheartedly.
She was a saved woman who loved Jesus and she is now reunited with her loving husband John Enmen, parents, Walter and Margaret Flick Mansberger, as well as multiple siblings, who surely are welcoming her with open arms.
