Linda Jean Ritchey

Linda Jean Ritchey, 82, of Logan, OH went to be home with her Lord and Savior on September 5, 2026. She was born October 12, 1943 at Lancaster Community Hospital to the late Donald and Harriet Rienschield.

Linda will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 60 years, Barry W. Ritchey; children, Chad A. (Charity) Ritchey and Amy (Jon) Bauer; grandchildren, Haley A. (Andrew) Lindsay, Dominic M. Ritchey, Max B. Ritchey and Emma I. Ritchey; brother, Donald J. Rienschield; and many nieces and nephews.

Linda graduated Bremen High School in 1961. Her career was Accounts Payable at Anchor Hocking Distribution Center, Hamilton Township and Canal Winchester Schools. Linda’s memory will live on in the hearts of many family and friends who loved her; and the love she gave to her family will never be forgotten. She was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Lancaster where she was married; and a member of the Rushville Methodist and Hocking Hills Methodist Church on Logan, OH.

Family and friends are welcome to visit on Friday, September 11, 2026 from 3-6 PM followed by a funeral service officiated by Pastor Roland Mitchell at 6 PM in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N Columbus St., Lancaster, OH 43130. Caring Cremation® will follow the service.
