Mark G. Edwards

Mark G. Edwards, born on February 26, 1952 to the late , Norman and Dottie Edwards and passed away on April 27, 2026.

He studied at Ohio University and at University of Texas  he obtained a B.BA. and B.S. in psychology and obtained his MBA.

Mark worked in sales , sales management and operations management my whole life. Insurance, Cable and Satellite T.V. and Cellular Communications.

The love of his life was Mickey Girl my yellow lab. He lived most of his adult life at Buckeye Lake. HIs interests were camping, fishing, playing cards and I was an avid reader.

He loved to cook often making his own recipes. He was always up for a challenge and loved learning new things.

Mark was a brilliant salesman, famed for his uncanny ability to sell even a screen door to a submarine an extraordinary testament to his persuasive charm and keen understanding of human nature.

Mark is survived by his siblings, Todd (Becky) Edwards, Dale Edwards, Penny (Mark) Hampshire, and Tim (Kelli) Edwards, and sister-in-law Debbie Edwards and several Nieces and nephews:

Preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Stan Edwards.

Caring cremation has taken place through the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home. A celebration of Mark's life will take place at a later date.
