Mary C. Brandt, 76, of Baltimore, passed away on November 3, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Lancaster, OH to the late John and Janice Shaeffer on December 2, 1945.

Mary was a member of the Millersport United Methodist Church, TWIG, and the Shriners. She retired from teaching at the Lancaster School District. She enjoyed traveling and gardening, and above all, loved her grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons, Matthew (Heather) Brandt; grandchildren, Brittney (John) Haines and Dawson Brandt; great grandchildren, Liam and Nora Haines; brother, Jack (Pauline) Shaeffer; brother-in-law, Jim (Carol) Brandt; sister-in-law, Cindy Brandt; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Brandt; brother-and-sister-in-law, Donna and Art Bevinger; brother-in-law, David Brandt; and her parents.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Jim Condrey will take place on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 12 PM at the Millersport United Methodist Church, 2310 Refugee St, Millersport, OH 43046. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Family and friends may visit from 2-4 PM and again from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 207 S. Main St., Baltimore, OH 43105.
