Melanie K. Gurile

Melanie K. Gurile, 73, of Thornville and formerly of Lancaster, passed away on March 19, 2026. She was born to the late Josephine and Paul Wildermuth Sr. on September 22, 1952.

Melanie graduated from Lancaster High School in 1970. She later worked for many years at Hills Department Store.

She is survived by her siblings, Bliss (Larry) Smith, Paul (Jane) Wildermuth Jr., Lana Sharp, Velvet (Bob) Kinsley and Lance Wildermuth; and nephews, Todd Wildermuth and Tristan Kinsley.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Brett Wildermuth; and parents.
