Merle Kinder

Merle Leslie Kinder 83 of Logan, Ohio died Friday, February 16, 2018 at OBleness hospital, Athens, Ohio.

He was a retired tool and Die Maker for Fred D. Phenning.

Merle is survived by his daughters, Kelli Kinder of Logan, Ohio and Oleva Kathleen Kinder of South Carolina; sons, Merle L. (Cinnamon) Kinder of Caldwell, Idaho and Forrest kinder of Phoenix, Arizona; 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, sister, Carrie Hoteling; brother, Forrest Bird all of Columbus, Ohio; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Merle L. and Elma Irene Kinder.

Funeral service will be held Friday, February 23, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. CO.LUMBU ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may visit 1 hour prior to the service on Friday.
