Michael Fitzgerald

Michael “Fitzy” Fitzgerald, age 68 of Somerset, formerly of Colorado, died March 19th, 2017 at Fairfield Medical Center. He was born on Dec. 13th, 1948 to the late David and Vivian Cambensy Fitzgerald, in Chicago. He served his country in the US ARMY during Vietnam for 6 years. He was a fireman in Arvada, Colorado and was a vendor at Coors Field in Denver, Colorado where the Rockies played. He loved his work and enjoyed all Colorado Sports teams. Fitzy will be greatly missed by his friends and family.

He is survived by his daughters, Heather (Melvin Hartshorn) Campbell, Kathleen “Kate” (James Heath III) Morgan, and Denise (Robert “Monk”) Weyman; and 12 grandchildren.

Fitzy was preceded in death by his parents, and grandson, Wesley Queen.
