Michael “Brooks” Lybrook

Michael “Brooks” Lybrook; 79 of Canal Winchester, passed away on August 5, 2026. He was born in Indianapolis, IN on April 26, 1947, to the late Arnold and Sharlot Lybrook.

Brooks enjoyed the outdoors as shown through his love of gardening, golfing and boating. He also enjoyed NASCAR, auctioning and being a food “connoisseur”. Brooks and his wife were snowbirds, visiting their Ft. Peirce, Florida home away from home for the past 20 winters.

He is survived by his daughter, Holly (Jon) Lybrook; stepson, Sean (Melissa) Solt; grandchildren, Heather (Dan) Gowdy, Zach Solt, Blake (Carley) Solt and Vanessa Solt; great granddaughter, Amelia Solt; nephew, Kevin Kazkevich; and brother, Daniel Lybrook.

He was preceded in death by is wife, Patti Lybrook; sister, Valera Kazkevich; 4-legged friends, Justina and Indy Girl; and parents.
