Patricia “Patty” M. Moore, 70, died early on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at the Pickering House.
Patty was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
She is survived by her husband Charles L. Moore; children Leslie Moore and Matthew (Amber) Moore; step-granddaughter Jessey Rodgers; and half brother Mike Downhour.
A graveside service will be held in Hampson Cemetery, Pleasantville, OH on Monday, July, 7, 2025 at 1:00 PM.
The Moore family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Fairfield Medical Center, Fairhope Hospice, and Country Lane Gardens.
Arrangements are being handled through the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home.
