Pauline Jane Farrow, 95, of Lancaster, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. She was born on May 11, 1931, to the late A. Leroy and Florence (Mosier) Welch. She was married to the late Richard Farrow for 50 years.

Pauline was a previous member of New Hope Assembly of God. She worked for the Fairfield County Fairgrounds as a Secretary for over 25 years. She absolutely loved fair week– working but also enjoying the atmosphere. Pauline was a member of Eastern Star Parthenia Chapter 124. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She never missed going to her grandchildren’s sports or dance events. If there was a family gathering, you could count on Pauline to bring the thawed fruit salad. She was a kind and generous woman who will be missed by all.

Pauline is survived by her children, Nancie (Ray) Predmore and Paula Karlson; grandchildren, Aaron Karlson, Ethan Karlson, Will Predmore, Wyatt Predmore, Wayd Predmore, and Jilane (Nathan) Young; great-grandchildren, Ryanne, Alexandria, Gavin, Liam, Abagayle, Quinlynn, and Zayleigh. She was preceded in death by her parents, A. Leroy and Florence; her husband, Richard; and brothers, Paul and William Welch.

A funeral service for Pauline will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Lancaster. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home on Monday, September, 28, 2026, from 4:00-7:00 PM, with an Eastern Star service starting at 6:30 pm. Burial will follow the service on Tuesday at Maple Grove Cemetery in Baltimore, OH.
