Pink Akers Jr. age 67, of Thornville, Oh surrounded by his family went to be with God and his family members in heaven on January 6th, 2018 at 9:50AM. He was born on Oct 14th, 1950 in McDowell, KY to the late Pink Sr. and Cloie Caudill Akers.
He was a devoted husband to his loving wife of over 38 years, Patricia A. Akers. He was a very loving and caring dad to his three children, Paul Trisha and Lloyd Akers; grandchildren, Allie Brittany, Megan, and Lidea; great grandchildren, Briann, Bentley, and Sophia. He is also survived by his three sisters, Brenda Hicks, Betty Henson, and Marie Akers; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Talbie, Dewey, Jimmy, Jack, Bobby, and 2 infant boys; and two sisters, Medis and Midge.
