Lancaster – Richard E. Franke, 83, died March 27, 2022 at Fairfield Medical Center.
Richard was a member of the Lancaster Old Car Club.
He is survived by his children Kristen Franke and Tim Franke; his grandchildren; brothers Charles, Gary, Norman (Sharron) Jr, and Rod Franke; niece Cathy French; and nephews Doug and Dusty Franke, and Jason Hines.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents Norman Franke, Sr. and Cathleen (Osborne) Franke; daughter Kimberly Franke; and siblings Shirley French and Mick Franke.
A visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, April 1, 2022 at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, 405 N. Columbus St., Lancaster, from 4-6 PM.
