Richard S. Powell, 63, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2011, at his home.
Richard is survived by his sons, Zach Powell, Ben Powell, and Shawn Powell; mother, Donna Powell; brother, Jeff Powell; and sister, Sue Powell.
Following Richards wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements were made with the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home & Crematory.
