Richard A. Harman

Richard A. Harman, 60, of Baltimore, passed away on March 24, 2022. He was born on September, 21, 1961 to John and the late Janice Harman in Westover AFB, MA.

Richard worked for over 35 years at McGraw Hill. He was an avid Buckeye fan who enjoyed coaching his children’s sport teams, and attending his grandchildren’s sporting events.

He is survived by his wife, Irene Harman; children, Brian Harman and Richard (Marlena) Harman; grandchildren, Miles and Graham Harman; father, John (Sandy) Harman; brother, Steve Harman; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; and pet companion, Jasper.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Janice Harman; sister, Valery Brady; and beloved dogs, Indie and Charlie.

A memorial service will take place at 7 PM on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 207 S. Main St., Baltimore, OH 43105. Family and friends may visit from 5 PM until the time of services on Wednesday.
