He was disinterred from Violet Cemetery in Pickerington, Ohio and reinterred at Millersport Cemetery, in Millersport, Ohio. This all took place on Oct 23, 2024 through the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home.  

Robert Matthew Pellitt, Esq., age 70, of Canal Winchester/Pickerington, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Robert Bob was born on May 19, 1952 in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Mathew and Virginia (Phillips) Pellitt, who predeceased him. Robert graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and Ohio Northern University for his Juris Doctorate degree. Bob served as a Staff Hearing Officer at the Ohio Industrial Commission, retiring after 30 years. He was an avid reader, follower of politics, and a Cleveland Browns fan. Bob is survived by his wife Carla (Osbun) being married over 35 years, his daughter Stephanie (Alex) Pasternak, his brother Joseph (Kathy) Pellitt, 4 nephews and numerous cousins.
