Robert G. "Bob" Vaughan

Robert G. “Bob” Vaughan, of Lancaster, left this earth to be with the Lord on December 1, 2022.

Bob as the business owner of Accu-Check Instrument Service, worked as a calibration and repair technician of Precision Instruments for more than 35 years. He loved fast cars, fishing, being in nature, and had a wonderful spirit.

He leaves his loving and caregiver wife of 35 years, Carol S. (Divine) Vaughan; sons, Brian Vaughan of Canada, Steven (Amy) Vaughan of Pataskala, and Chris Vaughan of Lancaster; seven grandchildren, Colton, Kinsley, Kaleigh, Nola, Avery, Gunner, and Eva McGarry; and brother-in-law, Mike Divine.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Kathryn (Waidner) and Fred Vaughan; brother, Fred Vaughan; and grandson, Lucas.

A funeral service officiated by pastor Lee Crader will take place at 11 AM in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N Columbus St., Lancaster, OH 43130 on Saturday, December 10, 2022. Entombment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Family and friends may visit on Friday from 4:30-9 PM at the funeral home.
